How to Submit a Ticket

This is a quick guide on how to submit a ticket. Just follow these steps below:



  1. Click on Submit A Ticket on the top navigation bar shown above.

  2. Select the relevant department and then click Submit Ticket.

  3. Enter a Subject that best describes your problem and provide all the essential information in the text box. When you're done, click Submit Ticket.


Important: Remember to provide your Receipt Number and the Name or Title of the product you purchased. This will allow us to process your request in a timely and efficient manner.
